These terms apply to all tours, experiences, and events booked with New Orleans Secrets Tours. By completing your booking, you agree to the following conditions.

Alcohol Policy

All guests must comply with local alcohol laws. The legal drinking age in New Orleans is 21. Valid ID may be required.

Guests who appear visibly intoxicated will not be served alcohol during the tour. If a guest's behavior becomes disruptive or poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others, your guide has the right to remove that person from the tour. No refund will be issued in that circumstance.

Cancellations and Refunds

Public Tours

All Tickets: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour's start time are non-refundable. No exceptions. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered no-shows and will not be permitted to join the tour.

Refundable Ticket: Receive a full refund for the ticket price when cancelled 24 hours or more before the tour begins.

Non-Refundable Ticket: All sales are final. No refunds or changes are allowed after purchase.

Private Tours

Receive a full refund when cancelled 72 or more hours prior to the tour. No refunds when cancelled within 72 hours of the tour's departure time. No exceptions. No-shows will be charged the full price. Guests more than 20 minutes late will be considered no-shows.

Custom and Multi-Day Tours

Cancellation terms and refund windows vary by event and will be presented to you prior to booking. By making a deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set therein.

Weather Policy

Our tours run rain or shine. New Orleans weather does what it wants, and we plan for it.

In the event of extreme weather that makes it unsafe to operate, we will notify all booked guests no later than 2 hours before the scheduled tour start time. Notification will be sent to the contact information provided at booking.

Consent to Photography and Image Use

Photos and video may be taken during your tour for use in our marketing and promotional materials, including our website and social media. Participation in a tour constitutes consent to this use.

Your images will not be identified by name in any public material unless you provide specific written permission to do so.

If you have concerns about being photographed, please let your guide know at the start of the tour.

Liability Disclaimer

New Orleans Secrets Tours does not own or directly operate all facilities and venues visited as part of our tour services. We assume no responsibility for personal injury, death, property damage, or any other loss arising from the acts or omissions of third-party tour service providers, venue operators, or any other parties not under our direct supervision or control.

Guests participate in all tours and activities at their own risk.

Force Majeure

New Orleans Secrets LLC will not be deemed in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable to you by reason of delay in performance or nonperformance of any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that any such delay or nonperformance is due to Force Majeure.

"Force Majeure" means any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of nature, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

If New Orleans Secrets LLC and/or any of our Suppliers are affected by Force Majeure, we and our Suppliers shall be entitled to, and may in our sole discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the tour, and choose to offer future travel credits or no refunds of money paid. This includes losses or expenses due to flight or other transportation cancellations or delays.

Third Party Vendors

Certain services reserved by New Orleans Secrets LLC for inclusion in a tour itinerary, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, restaurants, site locations and venues, sightseeing, and activities may be purchased from independent suppliers not affiliated with New Orleans Secrets LLC (referred to as "Third Party Suppliers," "Vendors," or "Suppliers"). New Orleans Secrets LLC takes reasonable care in selecting competent, reliable, and qualified suppliers based on information that is reasonably available to us.

We act only as an intermediary for these Third Party Suppliers and do not and cannot control the quality of their services. You acknowledge that these Third Party Suppliers are independent contractors, are not managed by New Orleans Secrets LLC, and are not agents or employees of New Orleans Secrets LLC. In the event of an injury, damage to property, delay, or any other loss, compensation must be sought from the Third Party Suppliers, not from New Orleans Secrets LLC. Each of these Third Party Suppliers are subject to the laws of the state or country in which the service is provided. The liability of Third Party Suppliers may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets and vouchers, and international conventions and agreements.

We will never rent or sell your personal information. The details you provide at booking are used solely for payment processing and tour-related communication. You may occasionally receive emails from us. You can opt out at any time.
